There is so much talk about “Experience” that it has become a catch phrase or byline for or on virtually everything. As an lifelong experientist as well as a practicing infomaniac I intend to create a forum for discussing experience on varying levels as a means of satisfying my own interest and as a means of helping others out of a similar frustration from the over and often mis-use of the word. As mentioned earlier I have been at this for quite sometime which has produced much food for thought- some of it better than others
Some of the things I am interested in is:
What is “experience”?
What kind of experiences are there?
Where does it come from?
Who’s talking about it?
Who’s doing it?
How can we improve the quality of our experiences?
How can we strategically orchestrate meaningful experiences for others?
How can we objectively look at experience when it is inherently so subjective?
If you have any comments, insights, thoughts, answers or additional questions please feel free to jump into the conversation.
Enjoy your weekend!

Hello Lori,
I was impressed yesterday when we met, and also today visiting your website. You have a strong motivation/ drive to know how things work and to talk to people. As e teacher of Experience economy I think it’s fascinating material, allthough I think that the best things in live are authentic experiences in itself. According to me this depends much from your personal perception, related to your background: intellectuals search for authentiity and new thrills off the beaten track, rather than people from a lower edcucation level, who more often seem to follow main stream trends, and experience wellknown activities…

Following Marie-Ange’s comment, I replied on June 20th at 2:35 am, however, also on the About page. I will therefore also resubmit my comment here. Hopefully this will re-route the flow to the home page.
Hi Marie Ange,
I am now safely back in Copenhagen after a whirlwind 36 hour trip to your lovely country. I really enjoyed meeting you and I appreciate you taking the time to check out the blog and write me a comment. More on my trip and my thoughts on authentic experience today.
